went to Henshin the restaurant on top of The Westin last night. I book it a week ago and go there with my friend.

The view are very nice. Since it’s the tallest building in Jakarta. I can see my kost apartment from here.

We choose the cheapest set menu from 4 set menus that we can choose they email it once you reserved a table it’s already 5 course menu, first time I have 5 course menu

for starter number 1, we had this seared salmon with something something. Never taste salmon like this before

starter number 2 we have some sort of sashimi, the left one is refreshing and light and the right one is creamy. Both were nice

starter number 3, is some sort of fancy lobster croquet with tasty foam on the left. Also very nice.

for the main course I had this steak with blue cheese and stuff. Oh my, this is the best steak I ever taste. It’s so tender, the meat are just malted. Maybe they use that fancy cow? It was just a perfect steak

my friend had the salmon which looks awesome also

and the desert were nice also. It have very extraordinarily taste.

Was amazed with the food. I highly recommend you to try this. The food are a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food, that’s why it have so many fish sashimi with Peruvian herbs. I didn’t know it’s a thing, but apparently quite happening
