every so often, maybe once a week, set up two hours of me time. Go to dinner and take a book, go nap in a hammock, maybe just have pizza and watch a movie.

I'm gonna unplug more often. Cut tumblr down to ten minutes a day, youtube down to four videos a day unless they're educational

try to cut off caffeine even more, maybe do some yoga idk

continue declining on pasta and rice

try more exercise and meditation.

and with my unplug time, I'm going to try and write/craft more. I'll try to do ten tags a day of I have them, but this is definitely going to be a Better Me kinda thing.
