Last time I left off the Light Fingers Ambition - literally years ago, yowza!! - I had saved a colleague's sister from hellish orphanage that experiments on love and obsession.

Sadly my colleague is now dead, the orphanage went up in smoke, the Masters (the leaders of Fallen London, giant space bats essentially) no doubt know I was behind that, and my colleague's sister is pregnant with an eldritch abomination.

It's cool tho!! We found someone who researched said abominations and dragged our butts across the perilous seas to find her and keep the sister safe. We're now trying to get the milk from the mother hive of the abominations in hopes it'll save the sister.

Which leads us to our current new content stuff.

Clarabelle - the sister - is kind of safe and sound. I currently have three things I need to focus on in order to help her: Getting a method of transportation.

Getting a crew to help me and won't stab me in the back since this is Fallen London.

And getting an idea of what the heck I'm supposed to do in the first place with the contraption that'll supposedly save Clarabelle.

Since the machine is essential in saving her life, I think it's safe to say I should focus on that first. I'll be going to consider the technical drawing Dr Vaughan gave me.

Woof! The price for this is pretty steep. In order to continue, I need 9000 shards of Glim, 3 instances of Strong-Backed Labour, and a Primeval Hint. To give an idea of how hard it is to get that: I literally need two-three day's worth of gameplay to get one (1) Strong-Backed Labour if I don't want to drop money.

I have two options for my crew: University students who would jump at the chance of adventure and intellectual discovery. (Insert awful joke about how they would do this for credit, ack.)

But!! I can also go to the Rubbery Men. I'm pretty fond of the buggers so let's go see what they can do to help us out.

1250 Amber bits is plausible for me, more than that, but not the 5 nodules of trembling amber. That is way too hard and way too reliant on mechanics and RNGesus.

We're now in Wolfstack Docks!! We got to set zail to get the Doc and Clarabelle and hahaha I hate the zailing mechanics so much here.
