I am so lucky to have had power back on Monday. People near me on FB still have no power. Walmart, WinnDixie are closed - not sure if its power or manpower related.

I am really shocked that being this close to the water and having power before others. They always seem to get the cities done first, then outlying areas.

half of palatka seems to have power, but the outlying small towns are still hit or miss

That would be why then. I am 2 streets off of it.
