I'm wondering if there's not a lot of shaking up behind the scenes at Marvel that I'm not hearing about

Like, after their two biggest events this year, Civil War II and Secret Empire, turned out to be disastrous flops that lost them a good chunk of their paying readership

Then we get Generations and Legacy announced and pushed through PDQ

But Generations just... has no connection to anything, really.

We don't know why people are traveling back in time and they don't know either.

Also, the fact that they swore up, down, and sideways that time travel wouldn't be part of Generations, when every single story involves people going back in time...

And the nightmare of the scheduling for Generations

Like, they announced artists for one of the books pretty much last minute.

idk, it just... feels like there's a scramble that no one's talking about.

There almost definitely is.

I figure they just don't want to look more incompetent than Secret Empire and Civil War 2 has already made them look, so they're just trying to say that everything's fine?

Yeah, it's pretty hard to go 'Everything's fine!' when the event feels like such a violent backpedal.

It is, but it doesn't stop people doing it from time to time.
