so a fact about me is that I started getting heavily into fandom at around 12-13 and by that point I had already become really heavily into slash pairings. meaning that a lot of things I got into at the time was because some pairing really drew me in. So! KH: sora/riku....yep. that was back when the fandom was absolutely everywhere and so was the pairing.

It made me curious enough to start watching clips of the game on youtube. Not only where Sora and Riku ridiculously cute but also I was really drawn into the dupsterfire that was Riku circa KH1 and CoM.

So I guess I came for SoRiku but stayed for my idiot son Riku?

I wish I had better reasons.

But I also love Disney and Final Fantasy so I guess that also helped.

Saiyuki: same as above kind of. minekura is an awful woman after my life and she makes it so easy to ship everything. But I really fell in love with the characters, their depth, their relationships with each other and others. the humor is amazing.

I originally learned about the anime but I'm glad I snatched up the manga soon after because omg I still can't with the first season.

MHA: this is a much more recent addition to my canons. an rp friend got me into this about a year ago? or a little more than a year? she rps tsuyu and kept telling me about her and her canon, so finally I looked up the anime and started watching.

I was bawling my eyes out through the entire first episode and by the end Izuku was adopted by me for life.

I still can't watch or read certain scenes from MHA without crying despite the fact I know what is going to happen.
