If I actually thought it would do anything, I'd consider going after the home inspector at this point.

There's apparently a blatant lie in his summary, which would be grounds for it, but... still. =/

Eh... thankfully I don't think this repair will be TOO involved. It's just frustrating.

It's the sort of thing we could even do on our own, but it's one of those if you make a mistake it could go really bad.
