Dinner tonight Zwiebelkuchen und Federweißer (Onion cake, kinda Pizza, and fermenting new wine) it's a fall dish...but hey the weather is like fall.

Cass : more like a Pizza. The dough is the same as for Pizza and then we do the Onion stuff with bacon bits, creme fresh and caraway. We also add some wine and Parmesan to it, bcs we love it that way.
