I like how all of our tech tickets are for the one tool I still don't have access to, thanks uni programmers

we have a tool that lets us merge courses/rosters for Blackboard courses and for some reason I have yet to be given access to it. it's been driving my supervisor nuts, I think she put in the ticket almost two months ago now

we've gotten like three or four tickets requesting help with merges and then another requesting an account for someone in our other system that I can't make accounts in

I FEEL VERY USELESS
