So, we're a mafia based murder game which means for trials, you get no evidence. For a lot of you vets, you know the difference there and for some of you robowest people, I want to apologize too because I kind of... sort of... gave you evidence sometimes when I should've been stricter about it.
Evidence is more of a mystery murdergame mechanic where you get evidence and suspects and the like. We don't do that because we're mafia, and everyone is a suspect. A good example of a mafia investigation post is can be found here!
But mafia investigation posts as a result end up being fairly non-interactive since you don't get crime scenes. Cal and I have decided to still make the investigation posts interactive in a little bit of a twist here.
You won't get evidence, but you will still have to search -- what characters will be searching for are body parts. Once they find a fair amount of body parts and deliver them back to the Chiefs, the Chiefs will reveal who died.
So yeah, I advise anyone who has done investigation posts before to go for it now and break the post in -- and any newbies, you should be able to follow their lead from that!
To completely contradict myself on top of that, since this is the tutorial murder there will be one piece of actual evidence to find. After that, no evidence!
yeah don't worry too much about the investigations since it's just > find the stuff > tell people about the stuff but the actual pondering over the stuff comes tomorrow
