Today's Crisis: My grandmother accidentally hit CTRL + on her email.

She sent me a panicked email

I can't see all my email, help!

I took a look, saw what the problem is and showed her how to fix it and do it again and undo it.

So hopefully she'll remember XD

She gets nervous when anything changes.

You can't do anything to the computer I can't fix.
