Yeah. A few pages later he's whining to Sharon about how he never meant for any of this to happen and it's all so wrong and he needs help to get through it and if she ever loved him so she tries to stab him in the neck and he throws her in prison.

Anyhow, the issue ends with most of the Resistance giving up until Sam finally nuts up and accepts that he's still Captain America and inspires everyone to continue the fight.

In another comic, Spencer tries to retcon it so that Steve drinks with Thor every Thursday, and has him talk down to Thor for not lifting the hammer.

For his part, Thor just keeps snarling that Thor isn't his name anymore (Which is the dumbest part of him losing the hammer. He didn't stop being Thor when he let Eric wield the hammer) and that he isn't picking up Mjolnir because 'It's not his anymore'.
