[House Hunt] Our realtor told us the seller wants a letter explaining why we want the Dunwich property. I thought that was a little weird until she told us the seller is an 80 year old Irishwoman who has to move in with her children in Ireland.

Here's the letter I wrote.

I did not lie to her about anything. I just told the truth and shied away from telling her that her kitchen is getting a remodel someday.

I was like "Oh no i got this."

This isn't normal, right?

Because I've never heard of such a thing

No, it isn't.

Basically I think the seller really doesn't want to move home with her kids.

But hasn't got a choice.

So I'm trying to make her feel better about it.
