Got a resistance band to start working on my back muscles. While eating at a deficit, muscle will not start to expand, but it'll be good to wake up what's still there.

Had insomnia last night. Had wanted to wake up and hit the gym, but it took me until 8AM to fall asleep. Had to run to the bank when I woke up at 2pm. The after work rush should last until 6:30pm, so that's when I'll go. TODAY IS GYM DAY. I WILL MAKE IT WORK.
