every time I have even like a 2 sentence interaction w/ people at work lately I come out of it feeling like I did something wrong or like. People are mad at me?

usually I can at least talk to Mary about stuff but lately I feel like even THAT hasn't been going so well

I'm supposed to go to her to put in for days off and it instead just turned into this awkward conversation where she was like "well I dno't know you've been going to myer for that haven't you?"

and I was genuinely baffled bc like. I haven't asked for a scheduled day off in a really long time

I've pretty much used sick days

but apparently I'm supposed to contact HER about sick days too which, I totally forgot about

so I apologized but IDK it was just a really weird interaction

I think I probably just forgot to take my medication again this morning so things just feel worse than they actually are but. fffffffuuhhh

I really need to find my pill organizer. or buy a new one
