PSA: I can pretty much guarantee that your avatar's head is too small, her arms are too short, and her hands are too small... this is fine if you're not after a proportionate, realistic avatar, but it does look off.

i am perfect bobble head tiny fist self

Amen. I will even grant a 9 head proportion for those who like fashion illustrations but it wouldn't make a difference for most people who are like 14 heads and 23 hands tall. Lol.

Nope. I am 8 heads high, with my legs very very slightly longer in proportion than my torso because I want to. My armspan is my full height and my hands are approximately the same size as the height of my face, with my fingertips reaching about mid-thigh

Do I get my money back now?
Anke
My hands fall where they do on my RL body, so maybe I am IRL disproportionate xD

: you're so cute <3

The taller the av, the worse the proportions get. I blame the SL sliders.

- I've never tried to make her proportionate because often she has faun legs on (but I'm adjusting poses, which those aren't ideal for!) and I think of her as very much a fantasy creatureperson.

Actually, I checked my proportions recently (because I thought my head was too small), and it turns out I'm just right.

Head is the trickiest part, I find, because if you go entirely realistic it can look absolutely gigantic with some hairs, since SL hairs can be a bit big. I usually use 60 if not using a mesh head, 65 if I am using a mesh head.
Freyja
I tend to land somewhere just over 8 heads tall. Hands may be a touch small at 35, but its mostly because mesh hands have such icky long fingers so more creeps me out.
Sehra
i was soooooooooooo intense about my SL proportions.

And all the super short arms would make me pretty rage-y.
