I hope comments in the other boxes go through even if you don't pick other. Because my comments in there were all like "I look at multiple sources and compare and fact check and here is why this opinion"
I'm the same. I used to be a believer in the gatekeepers of certain medias, until college. Nothing will teach you to verify your facts before reporting, than class after class highlighting where facts aren't verified. (Or in the case of one network, actively fabricated)
And it's how I replied on the one about getting news directly from the president, because like... Having multiple sources available for comparison and verification is the only way to get the truth
i'm not pulling my punches on this one. i'm not saying anything that would get me arrested, but I'm gonna be flat out and open that I think breotbart and infowars are not legitimate journalism.
"Do you believe that if Republicans were obstructing Obama like Democrats are doing to President Trump, the mainstream media would attack Republicans?"
...and my concern is that if all unwanted answers don't just get filtered out automatically, any comments or fragments of comments could be mined for out-of-context use.
I was in the middle of writing a comment on how they should really read the actual Second Amendment before making assertions about how other people feel about it, when I remembered they don't even take that in context, so.
they did it for years and barely got tutted at by the mediaand not political disputes but nearly crippling the entire government more than onceffs
