I dunno what body you're using but on Maitreya, you have to use tattoo layer to have no line.

it's just a thing one accepts, or one wears a matching body with matching layer, or a smaller size ankle fix, etc. there's nothing _you_ as the maker of the socks can do to fix it.

it's one of those signs that mesh bodies are a hack that aren't really intended for the way SL works.

Well it's all frankenstein parts, so it only makes sense. Even though both my feet and body are Slink now. they were still made at separate times. Thanks for the heads up guys

thanks for the info. I was able to get rid of the line using the tattoo layer. Undies and clothing layers all have it. But not the tat I'll just add a Note card in with them

: make sure you've got the right ankle fix on? it also does depend on what body layer you've got the leg part on, every layer has to be offset for SL doesn't do the rounding error thing and make gaps.

your foot hud should have options for ankle sizes. make sure the one for the body is the one you are using.

rounding errors is just SL is lazy at math, especially math at high altitude. it starts dropping decimals at higher altitudes, so it loses what's in front and what's behind when points are too close.

so while technically the over layers COULD be closer to the body, they have to float further out because SL is bad at math.

the ankle size was for standard sizes + mesh body, not the heights.

but maybe the dude sliders don't adjust the ankle as much? the ankle's kind of a weird spot with the way it changes size even with the women's system shape

The Physique and XS, and Small and Medium etc all have feet almost the exact same size. The ankles are the sizes, not the feet.

And Allegory is right, wear the feet called Physique. They should fit (I wil double check when I get a chance). Muscle and body fat sliders don't affect the ankles at all.

It's all good. Both sizes fit me with no problem. I think I was just in the habit of wearing my XS ones from before I had the Physique body. ^_^; I was a late mesh body bloomer heh.
