Morny! Early start again. Off to play with the train set from 8:30 to 2:30, and then play in the park fur a bit. Have to start off furst - with koffee.
One thing that struck me with the boats is that I really wanted to work IN the parks. Job is good fun - playing with the guests. In Kings Cross (LOndon) we are Muggles and know nothing of Harry Potter, wands,
wizards and stuff. We know nothing of platform 9¾ - but are asked fur it daily (hourly?). There are frustrations, of course. I don't think the guests realize they are at a set of theme park turnstiles, so they
get mad and bitey if they have a queue to get in. Some of them don't say a word - and they snatch their tikkits back when we have scanned them. Rude peoples. Fun playing with the kids/gurls who come through
London carrying wands - we ask why they have a pet stick. Some wear full robes - which we call bath robes (that should be left in the hotel after their shower). Anyone in robes during the day is asked why they
are not in school, learning wizard stuff (if they are at the Hogsmeade side). Anyone in robes/costume but out after dark is warned. Lot of play time. Tikkit checking requires the brain power of a blade of grass
