I was wondering why they were suddenly asking for donations at work. Apparently united way is doing a thing today.

yeah! it's #GivingTuesday so a lot of places are getting donations and then big companies are matching them. like Bill Gates is matching donations from a fund for HeroRATs, etc.

That's neat. I wish they would have explained what was going on.

I told them I'd think about it so I'll go ahead and do that after work.
