[work] Today I talk to the CEO. I need to order my thoughts. I want to present this as "here are some ideas I think might help the department in the future."

But I am struggling to remember the specific things I need to bring up about Linda.
Luke Skywanker
So I am going to take notes, here.
Luke Skywanker
-Scripted what to say to my co-workers about leaving, fearing "grapevine content"
Luke Skywanker
-Refused to announce my departure
Luke Skywanker
-"You should go home feeling sick to your stomach about not having the numbers"
Luke Skywanker
-Had a potential conflict come up in August. Notified supervisor and came up with a solution. Agreed to conflict. Then was informed it "wouldn't work."
Luke Skywanker
-Asked to drop everything to recruit for another department. Then told that since we overshot, we could just shift those other people over.
Luke Skywanker
- Was also told that the reason I was being given other work was I "didn't have ppl in my dept" to supervise
Luke Skywanker
-I was constantly asked to change priorities, asked why I wasn't doing more/better, then had my successful efforts dismissed
Luke Skywanker
-Come up with multiple plans to alter program, told things are our responsibility, then told our solutions "won't work" without even having a chance to try them
Luke Skywanker
-Multiple times told I am "too loyal" to SIP and need to shift my allegience to HR
Luke Skywanker
-Duties changed from what was on the job description without consulting me
Luke Skywanker
-Messaging: everyone is excited about the changes, but it is demoralizing to hear that your efforts over the past many years aren't worth anything.
Luke Skywanker
Many of us HAVE been working for the good of the guests and haven't had the resources
Luke Skywanker
God what am I missing
