So how is everyone today? I'm not bad at all..

This time last week my back was a nightmare. Today much improved.

As promised, my Doc has got me an appt. for an MRI, Nov 8th which isn't too bad

Worried about it, as I've done so much physio that I fear my only option is going to be an op BUT we will see

Looking forward to walking along the canal again this weekend if the weather holds out

and tomorrow is my FARKING BIRTHDAY
