anyway the level of play in the NWSL is considered the best in the world and it's run like a US league so there's artificially enforced parity and a salary cap and playoffs

also the salary cap is so low that a lot of players are making below minimum wage and that's bad so I try to get people to watch… the NWSL… so players can hopefully get paid

i hate in the uk how male football players are paid literally millions a month. and women football is like... nope

on the plus side there's been a big push to make womens football popular so the last few years it gets covered on the bbc news and such

it helps that uk womens sport in general has had a huuuuge boost in the last few olympics. in rio our ladies just slayed everything

yeah, and England came in 3rd at the last world cup, which is something the men can't do

there are great scotland/wales internationals too. that play in the NWSL. though they play for Seattle.
