Ok I can't get into Pokemon Go because it says "GPS signal not found" HELP PLEASE

I have my Location ON. I have restarted my phone. It says "Location set by GPS" in my messages.

I have walked all around my house and outside trying to get it to register but it won't.

HELP

THIS IS SERIOUS my husband already got into it and has two pokemon before me!!!
