Not really! You just have to designate where your character's dreamscape is located if you opt in

them wander dream!Teleios, or would it be best to just stick to the non-dream version and find konked out friends instead?

Well, the people would count.

It doesn't have to be a literal place, just a place where they feel the surest of themselves.

Like Buffy's is a graveyard and Alec's is Manticore which isn't necessarily safe but it's the place he understands the best.
