boy am I struggling today

eating has been Hard

but today just feels like it's been taken to a new level

I just finished lunch and the urges I have are out of control

my head is pounding and I feel sick

I think I'm going to try and hopefully sleep this off

I miss my treatment centre

i hope everything goes well for you today
