trying to teach yourself a new language is really hard, how do people do it...

I feel this. I'm usually really good with languages, but anytime I try to self-study it's... idk. I have yet to succeed.

sib
get a textbook!!

sib
and just make yourself do exercises a little a day... and/or find a website that helps teach you

What are you trying to learn?

tsugumi.
you've got to really want it.

tsugumi.
I'm occasionally frustrated by how comparatively little japanese I still know, but really, really wanting it is what keeps me coming back to learn more

sib
