I need opinions lol. My father is working with a client who is in foreclosure and is moving from his house (which is a few blocks away from mine) within the next few days to Florida. They are currently

doing a short sale and trying to get the bank to reduce the price of the sale, which takes at least a few months. I was thinking of asking the owner of the home, whom is VERY nice, to see if he would rent it

out to me for a couple of months. He'll be collecting the money, while not paying anything

What I'm asking is, would it be WRONG for me to ask him to rent it out to me? lol

I'd like somewhere to come home on the weekends from school and the few weeks I will have off in August
