Use peanut butter or nutella and you can use the one I memorized

3 tablespoons PB or Nutella, 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 large egg. Whip together till its a smooth, silky batter then put in a 1100 microwave for a minute. Then start going in 30 second cycles

till its done and a fork inserted comes out clean in the middle
