the translation was just a short little paragraph about tourism in Wellington, NZ and we needed to translate it then explain any difficulties we encountered in translation

and basically it was just a lot of "katakana spellings are terrible, here's how I used google" and she thought my research was really well done

also we weren't actually being graded on the accuracy of the translation but my instructor speaks Japanese so I imagine she would've commented if I'd gotten anything hideously incorrect
