I've yet to finish my collection of the anime but. Goddamn. That series and my upset while reading it. Shiro and Ganta.

The translation was. Less than ideal. And I really wish the anime had continued past the first part, but.WEll, the feellllsssss

(One day I will finish learning japanese and then maybe i'll try translating these manga myself, because gah sometimes...)

Ha. Yeah sometimes the scanlations can be a bit off. But I've never actually seen the manga here where I live, only the anime which I grabbed on the spot once I found it.

I only found DMW at Barnes and Nobles. But it's always not there when I go back to look at that section.

That is like the one series I've read that I just have not been able to find here for some reason and I've read far more obscure series. Alas. But it is such a good one with such an interesting concept though,

repliderp : IT'S LIKE ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE JUST GAVE UP OR SOMETHING. Like, I had found this really good translations, on one site... and then suddenly.... it's all crap. ;;;;;;

And i really shouldn't complain, because it's free; but. It really gets in the way when you have to spend all your time piecing together what they said. ;;

(I really hate the inconsistencies in quality; it's even worse in long running manga, because there's invariably some change over as people quit groups fade and other pick up the slack.
