Actually it wasn't that busy yesterday, since it's just a grocery store. But he DID feel bad and apologized like 4 times throughout the night. I think he just joked about it to hide how upset it made him.

And tbqh, in the grand scheme of things, I ain't even mad. He DID try to get everything done on time, and all of it but the turkey WAS done on time.
