It's still all of the same animation teams I'm pretty sure as I recognize most of the styles, and you still have a few of Those Episodes, but... allocation is generally pretty good in Suite.
It also has a lot of focus on details and not QUITE as much balls-to-the-walls action as Heartcatch, which focused a lot more on fluidity of movement and streamlined designs.
