oh wow

ngl if it was legal here i'd totally get into infusing and stuff. bakery science is endlessly interesting to me

imagine how much you could get people to pay for, as an example, pot-infused honey

plus my bff and i have discussed many times about like, opening a shop where she does bakery items for morning/afternoon and in the evening and night i'd do like, soup and sandwiches

like a side-by-side where we use each other's ingredients to make awesome things and just experiment and how cool would it be to add edibles to that? it's an interesting idea imho
