is there a current map with the reflected damage from the flood anywhere? cause this vague guessing which what's gone with the boardwalk and what's not is kinda @_@

like i know its left vague for a reason but i just like to be doubly sure so i don't play with any inconsistencies/have to retcon anything

I was just looking at the locations for listed damage. the end bit of the boardwalk is listed as gone via flood.

it's probably safe to just assume whatever damage we want to.

it says here if you scroll through the names of who owns what. although they really should update the map
