He turned 16 in canon in chapter 10, so around Nov-Dec of 2011.

So he was 17 at the beginning of his Senior year in late 2013. Meaning he graduates around mid 2014, right?

But if he was sophomore in 2011, and that was his sophomore birthday (turning 16) then 2013 was his 18th, plus his senior year. And USA hs's mean he graduates 2014?

Dalton was published 2010- so he's grade 10 for the 2010-11 year.
grade 11 in 2011-12 (Kurt and everyone's Senior year)
Grade 12 in 2012-13 (Dwight's senior year)

America and Canada I suppose; it's cause we start in the fall due to Harvest traditions and do final exams before the farming season. So September to June... yeah. It's a mainland colony thing I suppose.

Isn't Dalton set concurrent with Glee season 2? That was 2010-2011. And Dwight's birthday was before the new year.
