online and processing my request for playoff tickets at 10am on the dot (it wasn't live until about 10:00.05). after an initial request for 4 tickets (denied)...

and then a request for 2 tickets, with 3 failed CAPTCHAs (sometimes they are damn near impossible), and no dice. oh, and this was all done by 10:05am.

and no, i'm not paying over $400 per seat in the nosebleeds on the NFL Ticket Exchange (especially with their $1M service fee per ticket).
