I think it really depends on what happens in the interrogation? like, if they manage to convince him to stop making snakes (which I doubt is gonna happen, but still)

There's also the fact that they learn he's not controlled or brainwashed.

Lyall wouldn't want him let loose, but I think his first thought would be to send him to a psych ward to get him under detox and eval, just in case. but the safehouse might be a better idea XD

Yeah, I think most characters would be leery of putting him in a government institution. Y'know. Risk of exposure to the enemy and all.

safehouse is probably better than the clinic. that place needs to stay open without any risk; a safehouse can always be moved elsewhere, but not the clinic

Toushirou's involvement in it will probably be pretty minimal since Lyall's got him on the network to prevent him from being bratty to Proud.
