I only wish couponmom would have our stores here, but since its a small chain (only in NY and PA) they dont list it on their website.

we got quite a few free things today including four jars of heintz gravy, 2 bags of lays chips, cheese and 3 bucks off chicken that was priced at $4.oo

you can try to match them yourself if you have a flyer from your local store and a coupon database like THIS

we usually spend maybe an hour or two a week doing match ups and it really pays off

The best deals are finding something you want on sale, then using a coupon on top of that. Such as a buy one get one free or a 2 for $3 or 10 for $10 deal. Check your store's coupon policy to see if they double

coupons too. Ours coupons up to 99 cents so if something is 2 for $3.00 and we have 2 $75 cent coupons off one, they're FREE

we try to stay away from buying things we don't want or wont use even if you have a coupon though. It can get out of control if you don't have a lot of storage

ohh we had a great deal today on Kraft stuff too...it was buy 5 Kraft products and you get an instant 5 bucks off your total. We searched for Kraft coupons & found one for each of the 5 items so DOUBLE savings

The last time I really really did this I ended up getting around 150$ worth of groceries for 75. I found Kroger is the best as far as shopping with coupons. Not having a car puts a damper on things too.

It will be easier once I move to a bigger city in a few weeks. I will have great access to buses, trains and cabs for on the way home.
