I do agree I wish they'd keep the same character designer...HCPC is beautiful but I don't really consider it to be the same in terms of style...

I do actually like the cast looking older though. >.>

and I don't see much difference between YPC5 and Fresh...

I do like that they mimicked a similar style for the Pre-Fresh era for Suite.

I had grown fond of the designs from YPC5 when I watched it, and Suite was a nice touch in blending a lot of art design styles

it's really apparent in hibiki since her design is very similar to the FwPC/S*S redheads with the bushy eyebrows and such

Yeah. that's true, though it does slightly resemble Fresh as well.

older style models, similar styles to the others, I think Suite has a combo of a lot of art style influences

I think I love Suite most as far as the art style :x

I like the attention they gave to the character designs too. Hibiki looks a lot more rough in nature, while Kanade is a lot more, I guess softer is the word for it? Really evokes the roles they have.

With Hibiki being the masculine in the pair, and Kanade being the feminine.
