says dear plurk management; do you think you can please an an opt-out option for these Anon plurks? Not all of us want to have to deal with the inevitable drama.
its so weird to realize there ar epeople on plurk besides the second life community lol a lot of us SL'ers are worried about the same issue.. anon posts will start un-needed drama.. we already have a stupid
arkwub: that's really interesting! I admit I don't know a lot of the different communities that use plurk besides my own (RPers on Dreamwidth.org) Thanks for the info!
Haha I would actually love that! I know that there are a few different communities that all use plurk, and they can be pretty unsuler but I am curious!
People at the top are often the most removed from the userbase, unfortunately. It's kinda a can't see the trees for the forest kinda thing. They're too connected and too involved to see it easily from a
Koala_Nest: exactly. Maybe that's why they use purple color for the Anonymous account. It means this account is specially tuned so that everyone can post using it and the admins can keep track of who post it..
well, Taiwan is just one of those nations using Plurk, so it kinda irrelevant to just refer to Taiwan. Moreover, being anonymous makes us can harass or spread false rumour without being found directly.
poly-version? I don't understand, but if what you mean is that people can post their own, this video is posted by the plurk admin using anonymous account to provide tutorial and info about it...
unfortunately, no. What I read is the same Chinese and Japanese characters beside the alphabetical characters. Plurk just shows what you written, not translate it...
amatrrosivi: Indonesians? Just two from many. It must be those who's ignorant. But there're some comments here with question mark. If they use Chinese to ask, we can't answer or discuss it right?
well, I haven't checked the video, though. I just read the blog to understand it. But it'd be better, if the video is in Chinese, that someone who understand it explains what it's all about to us
it's not even an excuse. If it's like that, I demand a thread using Indonesian language because plurk users in Indonesia are as big as Taiwan, if not larger, minus the bot.
Alexa plainly said that it's "visitors", while I'm talking about users. I believe you also talks about users in your previous comment, right? So let's forget about visitor for now.
if we're talking about visitors, Taiwan obviously got the lead because Indonesia's connection isn't so good. Moreover, can Alexa separate the visit from the bots?
Another factor is that Plurk's headquarter has been moved from Canada to Taiwan, which is also boost Plurk's visitors from there, whether they're just curious or already a user.
now that's a problem. If he's using plurk very much, the anonymous is surely getting in the way, especially when he saw some anon plurk with negative post.
Even though we can figure out who post it, we can't get a 100% sure about the person behind the anonymous plurk's post. Can he and his friends restructurized their friendlist...
Um... have he thought of creating a new account? I know it sounds like going back to the start, but he can filter out who one he want to add as friend and who should be the fans...
communities that don't like this too不然看誰回覆就大概猜得到是誰發的了呀...
amatrrosivi: I will, if it's an international thread.
