How in GOD'S NAME do you actually TALK to someone at Paypal ? Their recorded options are not helpful for my question !

its really hard to get an actual person to speak to on paypal.. they have shit customer service

I did call once and they helped me... I had to call to Irland

I placed an order with Amazon with my PP card, the order was cancelled but the debit is still gone from my PP account. I can't see any way of requesting a refund. I've contacted Amazon..

who say it's a 'hold' rather than an actual charge, but I can't see any options for requesting that amount be refunded

I managed to talk to a real live person at last ! I found a number on the back of my Paypal Access card They said allow 48 hours for it to refund. ebbiibbe: my account says Premier

not sure what the preferred thing is.

i'm $100 short of cashing out that much in the last 12m lol, so I probably don't qualify . Would be useful though. Oh well hopefully this will be resolved soon. Thanks all
