My cat cracks me up. He always lays on my stomach or chest. I thought that was because I move my legs more, but today, I was laying down

reading and he was sleeping on my chest. I wanted to just close my eyes a minute and could not turn off the light without distubing him, so

I pulled the quilt over my head and dosed. Soon, there's this LOUD purring and burrowing as he's trying to crawl under the quilt

which he does and goes back to sleep in the same place- just under the quilt now. I guess it's not because sleeping there is more still, but

Hate to say this, but he's just looking to stay warm. (Though most cats don't like being covered up like that, in my experience.)

IT's not the stay warm thing - as he sleeps on top of the covers most of the time. This was because I put the covers over my head. Rare.
