i know all of my friends are getting tired of me acting like this. i recently looked up borderline personality disorder and it perfectly described me but like what am i supposed to do with this information.
in my opinion i think that if youre going through stuff and youre "acting" some way. and your friends become tired of you? those friends dont deserve you.
say this is something youve always gone through, say this is something you knew about but didnt knwo what it was. and now its coming out and youre scared and stuff
and the next step i say is to see how it makes you think about specifics
