[health] good news everyone, "age more than 40 years" is apparently a preexisting condition according to the family history form I'm filling out for my new doctor's office
other highlights include "Ashkenazi Jew, follower of religion" (I get it, the Ashke population has a higher instance of tay sachs, but it's specifically the "FOLLOWER OF RELIGION" part that I'm like "is being Jewish a condition now???")
also the medical history form starts with surgical history (which is empty, I'm a new patient) then asks "is this correct?" I click no it doesn't ask me ANYTHING ELSE about my surgical history

: it was literally just "uses contraception" and then if I selected that, I had the option of a number of blood relatives. Couldn't say what the contraception was. Just ... that it existed
you know what IS on this family history list, 3 different ways? COVID
I click no
