Not broken, as far as I can tell, but definitely overloaded.

We have been in Dragon Isles working on the meta achieve. Broken is a lifestyle there. Everything is broken. Beta broken is an improvement on too much crap that doesn’t need to exist layered up so much that nothing works and devs forgot it exists broken.
