I eat them from the curve because that's always seemed like the Obviously Correct Way to me since obviously the curve is the top and obviously you start at the top
and I was reflecting on how weirdly inconvenient that is and how much easier it would be to hold the curved part like an actual cane and eat from the point
if i was eating it for eating it: i started from the curve but then if i was being a little bastard, i started from the point, to suck on the candy cane until it was a sharpened point.
I rarely eat candy canes so for all I know I switch it up every time but my instinct is that because the curve is the outlier I want to snap it off and get rid of it first so the rest is uncomplicated
Princess Emily
: so you make hot chocolate, right? adn then you take the candy cane, hold by the curve, and stir the chocolate up real nice with it. and then loop the curve over the edge of your cup
but then if i was being a little bastard, i started from the point, to suck on the candy cane until it was a sharpened point.
