There's one other dept in the township but they have a bad habit of... exacerbating damage?

like they'll break windows unnecessarily when there's a fire

we're on the same box as them for all calls in the township

I mean unless you have a stupid amount of fire departments for a township, two seems fine and again - why would you want to defund them???

If you want to change the issue when damages seems to me you should be running a review of how that station does things, not defund them
