ooo, if i can find caps i might hit this up later in the week. how long are the commissions open?

Can you improve icons that already exist? I have some deeply ancient accounts that come from a distant age that need improvement, and finding the original references might be difficult.

ᴇɢɢɴᴏɢɢɪɴ : commissions are open indefinitely! I pretty much only close them when I have a major life event going on

c_for_characters : I don't feel comfortable editing another icon maker's work without explicit permission from the original maker, sorry

if the original icon post says something to the effect of "these are bases, feel free to edit further," then I can do it but without that I don't feel that's something I am comfortable doing

that said, if anyone wants me to improve upon icons that I myself made ages ago (I've made a lot of improvements in my process since I started doing this in 2010 or so), I'm willing to do that

Oh sorry I was unclear - I cropped them from what images were available/screenshots in, like, 2008. So they're not custom work

oh gotcha. if you made them yourself and want me to try to clean them up, I can try. but working with a 100x100 image to start with might not have as good results as starting with a larger high quality image and shrinking down

I don't see anything about batch sizes, do you have an upper limit for how many icons or caps you'll do at once? (I have caps, I just figure an answer for both would be useful for others)

Mɪɴᴀᴍɪɴᴏ 🌹 : good addition, thank you! I think the biggest commission I'm comfortable taking at the moment is 200 icons, with the caveat that it may take me a few weeks to complete
