( no kings ) rally was good, both our senators stopped by and walked the crowds to say thank you for being there, one of the safety organizers gave me a flag to wave, an elderly couple asked for help showing their homemade sign (cake for trump billionaires, crumbs for us)

very few negative interactions from people driving by, everyone was very good at staying on sidewalk and making sure they were easily passed by for pedestrians and cyclists

my roommate took photos of various signs and such i may ask her to share, there's some really good stuff we saw

I came back from mine a while ago and it was a great time too

yeah we just ended and i went to get doggo food, as you do!

we were standing with this lovely older couple and made promises for next rally to stake out the hill across the way hahaha

short story: so the safety organizer who brought the little flags over said she'd seen me waving (since my roommate was holding the sign i made) and that was why she got around to our corner hahaha to see if i wanted a flag so i'd be more than literally waving at people!

.............. i super felt it last night and all today but boy two hours of waving at cars and waving a flag was uh, using specific muscles in parts of my chest that are not usually in overdrive
